People invented the chair in order to reduce the fatigue of long-time standing, but sedentary behaviour bring too much negative impact. Everyone feel panic when they realize the health alert raise too dramatically. To avoid this terrible consequence, people invented the height adjustable desk. As expected, the height adjustable desk brings a lot of advantages and help people to improve their health and also increase the quality of life.

With our 5 Years Warranty, the frame is entitled to exchange if it is found with manufacturing defect. We will not accept returns or exchanges except your purchase has a manufacturing or workmanship defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately no later than 5 Days Working Days with details of the product and evidence of the defect. A photo and video is compulsory. For our melamine and solidwood top,they are subjected to expansion and contraction as a natural response which may result in cracks and uneven to the surface. Therefore, replacement is only available if the tabletop is found to be faulty within 5 days of receipt by the purchaser. Any relevant cost imposed when returning the product shall be paid by sender. We will perform examination on the returned product. If you are entitled with replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price and the returned shipping cost. We have the right to refuse or cancel an order and provide a refund at any given time without prior notice or explanation.

Our 5 Years warranty is applicable to manufacturing and workmanship defects.The coverage are not limited to products that are being modified or repaired by the purchaser and/or 3rd party, improper assembly or usage, damages caused by exceeding the load limit, damages caused by impact, scratches cause by mankind, wood grain or irregularities on the desk top surface, natural ageing of the wood in the forms of minor cracks, holes and slighlty colour changes, changes of apperance of the paint on the frame and surface of top caused by temperature, damages of the surface of the frame and top caused by mankind including liquid and chemical, slighly bending of the top due to the environment.

Our products are shipped by our logistic partner GDex. Their responsive and efficiency able to deliver our products to your door ( Peninsular Malaysia) within 2 days at the most situation after picked up from our warehouse. Your products will be checked and ready to shipped at the same day if payment made before 12noon.

We will provide assembly instruction in the carton. Customer in Klang Valley may request our Assembly and On-Site Checking with a fees of RM150. Our experience team will arrive to your door step and provide assembly and briefing to you.

We prefer to talk to customers to make sure customer purchase with confident and convenient. Payment will be made and paid to our company bank account. Bank details will be given by our sales team through Whatsapp.
