It’s time to drink more water! Drink water, it helps to maintain the balance of body fluids, control calories, burn extra 5lb of fat, maintain healthy kidney, skin look good, reduced fatigue & increase enzyme activity in the body. Besides, drink water can help to energizes the muscle and increase the muscle cells. It helps maintain normal bowel function too.

Reduce unhealthy drink or soda/artificial sweeteners. Best if avoided. Carry a water bottle with you throughout the day and keep water on your desk at work. When you feel like a snack, try drinking water first. Track your water and record number of glasses you drink. Remember, don’t drink all water at once.

Drink water at the correct time:
  1. 2 glasses of water after waking up, helps eliminate toxins, rehydrate your brain
  2. ½ an hour before breakfast helps digestion.
  3. Drink 1 glass of water about an hour after a meal (don’t drink during a meal)
  4. Drink 1 glass of water during tea break
  5. 1 glass of water before taking a bath, helps lower blood pressure
  6. 1 glass of water before going to bed, avoid stroke and heart attack
